Description

Two former cart sheds, primarily used for garaging, are located to the west of the barn at Tarlton Farm. The shed on the east is constructed of rubble stone and features a stone slate roof. It has five open bays on the north side, divided by timber posts set on stone bases. There is a flight of twelve stone steps leading up to a loft door at the east end. The shed on the west is also made of rubble stone, with a stone slate roof on the south side and corrugated asbestos on the north. This shed has two garage openings on the south side, which were formerly cart bays.
