Description
The cart shed and lean-to shed, located west of High Town House, date from the early 19th century and are now used as loose boxes and storage. They are constructed from squared stone in narrow courses, featuring ashlar dressings, with roofs made of corrugated asbestos and stone flags. The single-storey cart shed has three elliptical arches supported by rectangular piers and a corrugated-asbestos roof. The lean-to shed, positioned on the left return of the cart shed, has two boarded doors and a stone-flagged pent roof. This building is included for its group value.
