Description

No. 26 London Street is a house that includes a ground floor shop, dating from the early to mid-18th century. It features an ashlar front and a slate roof, with a truncated stone end stack on the left side. The building is a single range with a rear extension, standing two storeys tall with a blind attic storey. There are two windows on the upper floors, which are 12-pane sashes set in flush stone surrounds, along with a small blind central attic light in a similar surround. The ground floor shop front was added in the 20th century.
