Description

SEZINCOTE SEZINCOTE PARK SP 13 SE 4/128 Nos. 1 and 2 Keepers Cottage, Sezincote Estate GV II 2 cottages semi-detached. No. 1, late C18; No. 2, C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, limestone slate roof, ashlar and concrete rendered stacks. No. 1 probably originally rectangular in plan extended back rear left. No. 2 added to gable end of extension the whole now forming an L-shaped plan. Original rectangular building possibly with cross passage with entrance (now blocked) at rear. Garden front. No. 1, 2 storeys and garret. 2 windowed with one 2-light roof dormer. 2 and 3-light double chamfered stone-mullioned casements with horizontal glazing bars. Some windows original, some C19 replacements. Plank door lower left in C20 opening. Part glazed door off centre right. Interior not inspected.
