The building is constructed of brick and has a round plan. It features a barrel-vaulted access passage that previously had two doors opening into the chamber near the top. The chamber itself has a domed ceiling and a bowl-shaped bottom, measuring approximately 13 meters in height and about 4.5 meters in width.
