Description
No. 16 Park Street is an end house in a row, dated 1905 and featuring the initials RRB. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with a stone slate roof and stone end stacks that have ashlar quoins. The building has an offset and moulded cornice and consists of two storeys with a single range and a small rear wing. The front has two small gables, each with a 2-light stone mullion window that includes a square hoodmould and leaded casements. Below these windows is a central flush doorcase, also with a square hoodmould, featuring a 6-panel door where the top two panels are glazed and the rest are fielded. A datestone is located above the door. This property is included for its group value with Nos 4-7 and Nos 12-15.
