4/57 Unidentified memorial, about 8m to east of porch level with outer entrance in churchyard of Church of St. Nicholas

GV II

Altar tomb. Late C18. Limestone. Rectangular, heavy moulded plinth and capping carrying square slab with separate moulded side pieces to east and west and carved square "finial". End panels square with egg and dart moulding and floral carved returns. North and south panels very plain, rectangular. Partially overgrown at time of survey (August 1984) and all inscriptions obliterated.
