Description

STANDISH STANDISH VILLAGE SO 80 NW 7/257 Unidentified Monument, about 6.5m north of Chamberlayne Monument in churchyard of Church of St. Nicholas GV II Chest tomb. Unidentified, late C17/early C18. Limestone. Flat top, moulded plinth and capping, lyre ends with acanthus returns and cartouche ends. South side has recessed moulded rectangular panel with flanking flattened scroll reliefs, collapsed inwards, north side missing at time of survey (January 1986).
