Description
The coach house located west of the stable block at Cherington Park dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone faced in ashlar on the south side and features a square plan with a hipped Cotswold stone slate roof, projecting eaves, and a ball finial at the apex. The building has two storeys. On the ground floor, there are two round arched coach openings with raised voussoirs and shaped double doors. The first floor contains two segmental-headed window openings, each with stone architraves, keystones, and sill brackets. A later timber staircase is positioned on the east side, and there are two small round windows on the north side.
