Description
Park View is a house located at the end of a row, dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared and dressed limestone, topped with a concrete tile roof. The house features ashlar stacks, one of which has been partly restored in brick. It has a rectangular plan and is two storeys high with an attic, which is illuminated by a single garret window and a two-light garret window in the left gable end.
The facade has three windows, with double-chamfered two-light stone-mullioned casements on the first floor. The ground floor includes one three-light and two two-light metal casements; one has a flat-arched head while the other two have concrete lintels. The central entrance features a 20th-century plank door with fillets, set within a flat-chamfered surround topped by a stopped hood. The gable-end stacks are adorned with moulded skirtings. There is a 20th-century flat-roofed garage extension to the left, which is not of special interest. The interior has not been inspected.
