Description
The dovecote located approximately 20 meters south of Eastington Manor is a 15th-century structure made of limestone rubble with a stone slate roof. It has a circular plan, measuring about 6.5 meters in diameter, topped with a conical roof that features a circular entrance lantern at the apex. An early plank door is set back on the east side of the dovecote. Below the eaves, there is a flat-chamfered string approximately 0.5 meters high. Inside, the dovecote contains nesting holes with projecting bands and single stones that serve as landings for the birds.
