Description

This is a pair of semi-detached cottages dating from the 18th century, located to the south of the River Churn. They are constructed from rubble stone and feature a stone slate roof with renewed stone end stacks. The cottages form a single range and have small single-storey rear extensions that are likely from the 20th century. They are designed with one storey and an attic, featuring four small hipped dormers along the eaves, each with paired casements. Below, there are four similar windows, with a central plank door for each cottage, all of which have timber lintels and flush quoin surrounds.
