Description
No. 17 Park Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone and features a Welsh slate roof, with a brick and stone stack at the left end. The building is three storeys high and has a two-window range. On the first floor, there are two 6/6-pane sash windows set in plain reveals with stone cills. The second floor has two 2-light timber casements, also in plain reveals with stone cills. On the ground floor, there is one 6/6-pane sash window in a plain reveal with a stone cill to the left, a central four-panel door with an overlight in a plain reveal, and a pair of large plank doors under a timber lintel to the right. The house has a shallow plinth and flush quoins at the left angle. The interior has not been inspected.
