Description

The pigsty in the garden of Covert Cottage is a Grade II listed structure. It consists of a pigsty and an attached former earth closet, which is now used as a store. The building is constructed from coursed, squared, and dressed limestone, topped with a limestone slate roof. The pigsty is L-shaped with a single entrance on the left side. The store, which is attached to the right, projects forward and features a door on the left and another in the right gable end.
