Description
Dragon Cottage is a building dated 1691, with alterations made in the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared rubble and features a Welsh slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall, with the top storey having been altered and the roof replaced with a new shallow slope during the 19th century.
On the ground floor, there is a four-light stone mullioned casement window with a drip mould on the left and a modern small-paned bow window on the right. A plain doorway is located to the right of the bow window. The first floor has two three-light stone mullioned casements, both with drip moulds. Above these, there are two 19th-century casements, a central sundial, a date inscription, and vents at either end. The building also features an ashlar end stack on the left.
