Description

1 The Street is a former pair of houses, now a single house, dating from the early 18th century with later alterations. The building is constructed of coursed and random rubble limestone, featuring rubble chimneys and a stone slate roof. It is two stories tall. The front has two half gables, each with a cross window. The ground floor has timber casements with timber lintels, alternating with 20th-century glazed doors. The right part of the building appears to have been largely rebuilt in the 20th century, featuring a plank door and a gabled dormer with a 20th-century casement. The rebuilt rubble chimneys have moulded caps at the ends of the main ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
