House and attached railings. c1810-20, on the Post Office Map of 1820, with later additions and alterations including C20 porch. Stucco over brick with renewed mock-slate roof, tall brick end stacks and iron railings. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Renewed 6/6 and 3/3 sashes, taller to ground floor, in plain reveals and with sills. Central entrance a mid-C20 glazed door with fanlight within glazed porch. Low parapet and copings. INTERIOR: photographs dated 1991 show staircase with stick balusters; moulded cornices. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: area railings and to sides of steps. HISTORICAL NOTE: Addressed on Merrett's 1834 Map as Belle Vue Place.
