The building has a two-room plan with a central entrance hall, and each room was originally heated. It stands two storeys tall and has a symmetrical front with three windows, which are original 16-pane hornless sashes, with the central first-floor window having 12 panes. The central doorcase is adorned with a moulded cornice and a four-panel 19th-century door that includes a rectangular fanlight. The property also includes a low garden wall at the front, complemented by decorative iron railings and a gate.
