Description
This is an outbuilding located approximately 10 metres to the south-west of Sowton, likely dating from the 17th century. It features granite rubble walls with large granite quoins and a gable-ended rag slate roof. The building has a single room plan, although its original purpose is unclear. It is a single storey structure with an asymmetrical facade, which includes a 4-centred arched chamfered granite doorway positioned to the right of centre. There is also a slit opening in the right gable end.
