Description

These stables, dating from the early 18th century, are built from stone rubble and feature a hipped slate roof at one end. The structure has a large entrance front, pigeon holes located under the eaves, and a rectangular ventilation slit. They are situated adjacent to Billacombe farmhouse and are part of the courtyard that includes the older 17th-century front of the house. The stables are included for their group value with the farmhouse.
