Description
Linhay, dating from the 17th century, is located approximately 30 metres west-south-west of Deckport. It features cob and rubble walls supported by rubble piers, topped with a hipped corrugated asbestos roof. The structure has a rectangular plan with five bays, serving as a cattle shelter with a hay loft above. It is two storeys high, with five open fronted bays that are divided by piers; the ground floor has been infilled with wooden planks and concrete blocks. The raised cruck roof has each cruck rising from a pier.
