Description
This is a linhay and cartshed range located immediately northwest of Luscombe Farmhouse, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of slate rubble and features a hipped roof made of corrugated iron. The linhay consists of ten bays, with alternate bays blocked. The ground floor has piers that are square in plan, while the first storey has circular piers. The hay loft floors are supported by large chamfered wooden lintels above the ground floor doorways. To the left (west), there is a wide cartshed bay with an open front, all under the same roof. This structure is included for its group value.
