Description

No. 4, Park Road is a house dating from around the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed sandstone rubble with a slate roof and has two brick gable-end stacks. The house has a symmetrical three-window facade. The ground floor has taller windows with top opening lights, and the first floor has 2-light casement windows. A late 19th-century decorative gabled doorhood is above the central panelled door. A carved stone lion’s mask sits above the central first-floor window. Small modillions are below the eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
