Description
Jennett's Bridge is a drive bridge built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from local stone rubble and features a single-span elliptical skew arch. The bridge has plain stone rubble parapets topped with cement capping. It originally carried a drive to Moreton, a large country house that has been converted into a school and was the residence of the Stuckley family. The bridge is located next to Jennett's Cottage, which served as a drive lodge for Moreton. This structure is a notable example of an early 19th-century country house drive bridge.
