GV II

House, now club and offices. Mid C19. Solid rendered front. Slated roof. Red-brick chimney on left side-wall. 3 storeys; 3-window range with doorway off-centre to left. Raised cement quoins flanking whole front; also the door and window-openings, which have cement voussoirs and keystones. 4-panelled door. Canted wooden bay window with moulded top cornice to left of ground and second storeys. Sashes throughout; outer windows to right, and in third storey to left, triple-sashed. All sashes have margin-panes, except for flanking lights in bay and in triple-sashes. Deep, plain, boxed eaves cornice. INTERIOR not inspected.
