Whitewashed and rendered with hipped slate roof and rear left rendered chimney shaft. Probably a 2-cell plan. 2 storeys. 1-window front with front right front door. 1 ground floor and 1 first floor window, each a 2-light C19 casement, 8 panes per light. Interior not inspected. Part of a group with Carey Farm.
