Description
No. 9 is a house from the early to mid 19th century, located on Tower Street in Bideford. It features solid rendered walls and a slate roof, with a red-brick chimney on the left side wall. The building is two storeys high and has one window to the left of each storey, with a round-arched doorway to the right that has a flat architrave and a six-panelled door. The windows are fitted with 8-paned sashes, and there is a moulded board below the eaves. The interior has not been inspected. The attached garden railing consists of plain uprights set on a low stone-rubble plinth, and the iron gateposts are topped with finials that have open trefoil panels.
