Description

Darnacott headstone, located approximately 5 metres south of the porch of the Church of St Petrock, is a Grade II listed structure dated 1712. It commemorates Seph Darnacott of Brightenzay. The headstone features ornate carved decoration at the top, including an hourglass and foliage. The inscription is presented in a raised panel at the centre, flanked by high relief Corinthian columns on either side.
