Description
The canal building located approximately 12 meters west of the west abutment of Stover Canal Bridge is a Grade II listed structure dating from around 1790. This storage building is constructed from stone rubble and features a hipped slate roof. It is rectangular and single-storey, with a full-height narrow opening on the east side, which is now partly blocked and faces the canal. The building is otherwise unfenestrated. To the north, there is an enclosure made of high slatestone walls.
