Barn. Probably C18. Whitewashed plastered cob and stone, unplastered to rear elevation ; corrugated iron roof, hipped at ends. Plan: Rectangular on plan, parallel to and west of the farmhouse. Exterior: Barn with loft. West elevation with a loft loading door, a door to the left on the ground floor and a window to the right. Doorways to ground floor and loft in south end, one doorway on east elevation. Interior: Pegged collar rafter roof trusses. Group value with Perry Farmhouse.
