Description
This barn, located about 15 metres west of Perry Farmhouse, is likely from the 18th century. It features whitewashed plastered cob and stone, with the rear elevation left unplastered. The roof is made of corrugated iron and is hipped at both ends. The barn has a rectangular shape and is aligned parallel to the farmhouse.
On the exterior, the west elevation includes a loft loading door, a ground floor door to the left, and a window to the right. There are additional doorways for the ground floor and loft at the south end, as well as one doorway on the east elevation. Inside, the barn has pegged collar rafter roof trusses. The barn is also noted for its group value with Perry Farmhouse.
