Cottage. Probably C17 or C18 origins, entirely gutted in 1987. Cob on stone rubble footings, whitewashed and rendered ; thatched roof, gabled at ends ; projecting front lateral stacks at left and right, the left-hand stack with a brick shaft, the shaft of the right-hand stack dismantled. Plan: Complete internal remodelling, early plan form not known but said by owner to have been 2 1-room plan cottages at one time. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3 window front with projecting stacks to left and right. Front door to right of centre, 3-light C19 small-pane casement to left of door. 3 small C20 first floor timber windows. Interior: Modernized. Included for its front elevation in a group with Bay Bush to the left and the Old School opposite.
