Description
Seymour Lodge is an early 19th-century villa that is now divided into two separate residences. The building has two storeys and features a four-window front for No 1, with a recessed two-window wing for No 2. It has a Welsh slate roof and stuccoed fronts that include a rusticated pilaster stripe on the quoins. The windows are architraved sash windows with glazing bars, and the ground floor has shutters. There are modern prostyle porticoes, with the one for No 1 replacing a former Tuscan porch. The original doorway of No 1 includes panelled pilasters, a patterned rectangular fanlight, and a modern glazed door. No 2 has a modern entrance that is styled similarly to that of No 1.
