Description
Seymour Villas is a pair of semi-detached villas from the early 19th century. Each pair features a symmetrical three-window facade with a projecting, gabled central entrance bay. The buildings are two storeys tall, with lower, recessed wings. They have hipped roofs made of Welsh slate and eaves cornices, along with moulded chimney stacks. The fronts are finished in stucco, with pilaster strips at the corners and plain bands on the first floor. Number 1 has a rusticated ground floor, while both villas have recessed sash windows with glazing bars. The central bay has a three-light window on the first floor, and the ground floor features round-arched windows set in recesses. The entrances are linked and adorned with pilasters that support an entablature, leading to recessed, round-arched doorways with radial fanlights and panelled doors. Number 2 has a later side addition, known as Number 2A.
