Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of New Walk. It is a two-story, three-bay building with a Welsh slate roof featuring swept coped gables and a gable stack at the north end. The front is rendered and incorporates pilasters, paired on the quoins, which support an entablature and blocking course. The windows are recessed sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance has pilaster strips supporting a cornice, alongside a recessed doorway featuring a rectangular fanlight with margin lights, side lights, and a panelled door.
