Description

This is a late 18th-century building, originally a pair of houses built as a terrace. It is now in multiple occupation. The building is two storeys high and has four windows. It has hipped Welsh slate roofs and a red brick stack. The front is plastered and features a heavy dentil cornice and a parapet. A plain band runs along the first floor. The first floor windows are tall, architraved sash windows with ears, cornices, and glazing bars. The ground floor has an earlier 19th-century sash window with side lights at the north end, set within a former entrance featuring pilasters supporting an entablature. A central splayed bay window also incorporates pilasters and an entablature, as well as glazing bars. A more modern segmental arched window is located at the south end. The former southern house has an architraved doorway with elongated consoles supporting a cornice, a patterned rectangular fanlight, and a panelled door. A forecourt is enclosed by modern wrought iron railings.
