Description

No. 1 Warland is an early 19th-century, two-storey building with a dormer. It has a double-fronted facade with three windows. The roof is covered in Welsh slate with swept, projecting eaves supported by brackets. The front is cement rendered and features a plain first-floor band. The windows are recessed sash windows with glazing bars, and there is a recessed doorway with a fanlight and a half-glazed door. The group value is that it contributes to the character of the Warland area.
