Description

Pickle House is a late 18th or early 19th century house in a row. The exterior is of rubble construction with a smooth-rendered plinth, and a slate roof. It has two storeys and two windows. The windows are 16-pane sashes, except for the deep 20-pane sash window on the ground floor to the left. All windows have rendered and weathered lintels. A six-panel, part-glazed door, dating to the 19th century, is positioned off-centre to the left, accessed by five rendered steps with a cast iron balustrade and plain handrail with wreathed ends. Above the door is a cornice supported by heavy consoles.
