Description

This is a house in a row, likely dating from the late 18th or early 19th century, although the window arrangement was altered later. The exterior is rendered smooth, with a slate roof. It is two storeys high with a single window. The windows are 4-pane sashes; the ground floor window sits above a slightly bowed base, likely indicating an earlier bowed window existed. A set of five stone steps with simple wrought iron balustrade leads to a 6-panel door, set within pilasters and topped with a hood supported by consoles. A plinth is present at the base of the building. The door appears to provide access to a throughway.
