House, formerly part of Manor House (qv). Rendered, slate roof. Two and 1 1/2 storeys, in 3 sections: immediately adjoining. Manor House a raking half-dormer over a large square light, both C20 plastic, and plank door to slated hood. Middle is higher roofed unit to hipped right end, C20 plastic window; and to right, set back, a C20 two-storey extension. Between first two sections a large stack. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
