Description

15 Fore Street is a building that likely dates from the early 19th century and has undergone some alterations. It features an ornate stucco front with a central panelled pilaster on each floor and rusticated quoins on the upper floors. The building has a wide soffit to the eaves cornice. On the right side, there is a mid-19th century ornamental shop front, while on the left, there is a later display window and an additional entrance with a fanlight. To the right, there is a two-storey wing that includes a conservatory on the first floor, situated above an arched entrance with double doors. This building is part of a group that includes the Anchor Hotel, Nos 7 to 51 (odd), and the Evangelical Church.
