Description

The building at 9 Fore Street is likely from the early 19th century. It is a two-storey structure with a stucco exterior, now painted. The first floor features two sash windows with glazing bars and architraves. On the ground floor, there is a sash window with glazing bars to the left, and a mid-19th century wooden shop front with a central entrance and fanlight to the right. The building forms a group with the Anchor Hotel (Nos 7 to 51, odd) and the Evangelical Church.
