Milestone. Circa 1824 Small granite monolith with roughly rounded top and splayed front inscribed in upper and lower case lettering with serifs; the right hand side "To Dart no 10" the left hand side "To Mod 6½" It seems the stone has been put on the wrong side of the roof because Modbury is to the right (west) and Dartmouth is to the left (east).
