Description

76 High Street is a late 18th century building that has been refronted, featuring three storeys. The second floor has two paired windows, while the first floor has three light windows. It has a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate. The front is timber-framed and plastered, with jettied first and second floors supported by moulded bressumers. The building has a coved eaves cornice and masonry party walls that include moulded corbels from the former first floor jetty. The first floor features architraved sash windows, which include glazing bars. There is a later 19th century shopfront that has columnette mullions and semi-elliptical arched lights.
