Description

This is a late 18th century refronting of an earlier building on the south side of High Street. It is two storeys high with two windows. The roof is covered in Welsh slate and has a brick stack. The front is timber-framed and plastered, with a parapet. The first-floor windows are architraved sashes with glazing bars. A masonry party wall is visible, with a moulded corbel at the north end of a former jetty on the first floor. The wooden doorcase features pilasters supporting an entablature, panelled reveals, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panel door. A modern recessed shopfront is present.
