Description

74 High Street is an early 19th-century building that has been refronted, showcasing three storeys and three windows. It features a Welsh slate roof with rendered stacks and a timber-framed, plastered front. The building has a projecting, coved, dentil eaves cornice. At the north end, there is a masonry party wall with a rendered face facing South Street, which includes a chamfered corbel from a former first-floor jetty. The slightly recessed sash windows are fitted with glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shopfront.
