Description
Number 3 is an end-of-terrace house located at Bath Place in Ilfracombe, built around 1830. The house is constructed of stucco and features a slate roof with a box dormer and a right-hand end stack. It has two storeys and an attic, with a two-storey canted bay that includes round-arched sash windows. There is a glazed door on the ground floor and a parapet at the top. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the house is a stuccoed garden wall with hexagonal gate piers that have domed caps. Number 3, along with Nos. 1 and 2 Bath Place, Runnymede House, The Baths House in Runnacleave Road, and Nos. 2 and 3 Wilder Road, form a group of buildings.
