Description
Numbers 1 and 2 are two terraced houses built around 1830, featuring stucco exteriors and slate roofs, with No. 2 having an artificial slate roof. Each house has two storeys and attics, with two windows on each floor. They have paired Greek Doric porches supported by fluted columns and a triglyph entablature, with part-glazed doors that include overlights. No. 1 has later canted bay windows on both the ground and first floors. The right-hand first floor window of No. 1 is a sash window with 20th-century glazing, while No. 2 has an architraved casement window on the left and an architraved sash window on the right. Both houses feature a cornice and blocking course. The interior has not been inspected. The properties are complemented by attached stuccoed garden walls with hexagonal gate piers topped with domed caps. Numbers 1-3 Bath Place, along with Runnymede House, The Baths House in Runnacleave Road, and Numbers 2 and 3 Wilder Road, form a group of listed buildings.
