Barn. Probably early C19 or earlier. Cob on stone rubble footings, the cob rendered on the north-west side; corrugated iron roof over thatch, hipped at ends. Plan: Long rectangular plan. The barn encloses the garden to the rear of Grilstone. Exterior: Lofted. The north-west elevation has 2 loft doors and one window, the right return has 1 ground floor door and a loft window. Forms part of an irregular and attractive group of farmbuildings north-west of Grilstone.
