House. Circa 1840s with a probably late C19 remodelling at the rear C20 rear alterations. Roughcast, the main range with end stacks and a slate roof, gabled at ends. Gothick. Plan: A single depth 2 room plan main block with a central entrance and a long rear wing at right angles to it, the wing partly converted from stabling and sub-divided. Exterior: Symmetrical 3-bay Gothick front elevation with 3 gables to the front with elaborate bargeboards with splat pendants and splat finials and pendants to each apex. Central gabled porch with similar bargeboards and a probably C19 2 leaf outer door with 2-centred arched lights below a Gothick fanlight with Y glazing bars. C19 panelled inner door with a Gothick fanlight. 3 first floor and 2 ground floor 2- centred arched Gothick windows, probably C19, with Y glazing bars in the heads. The rear wing (right return) has pigeon holes under the eaves. Interior: Not inspected. A striking front elevation, visible from the road.
