Description
Fairby Lodge is an 18th-century lodge situated on Bampton Road in Tiverton. The walls are likely rendered cob with a thatched roof, featuring a half hip over a two-light leaded casement on the left side. A rendered shaft covers a rear lateral stack. The building has a T-shaped room plan. The exterior displays two storeys, with much of the first floor contained within the roof space. A thatched porch has a planked door with ornate iron strap hinges; to the right of the porch is a two-light window with latticed glazing. The interior has not been inspected.
